Do you have a physical store?

No, we mainly sell online. However, we occasionally organize events at physical points of sale. Stay connected to follow our news.

Are payments secure?

Yes, all your payments are encrypted, providing 100% secure payment.

I did not receive a confirmation email after validation of my order, is this normal?

A confirmation email with your order number is sent automatically after each order validated on our website. Remember to check your SPAM.

Do you do hand delivery?

Yes, we do hand delivery in Aulnay-sous-Bois (93) and Villeneuve-la-Garenne (92). Once your order has been validated on our site and the city of RMP selected, we will contact you a few days later to set up an appointment by telephone or email.

What are your package preparation and delivery times?

We ship packages within 5 working days maximum. Generally, packages are shipped within 48 hours except during holiday periods when it can take 5 days.

Then, regarding delivery, it depends on the delivery services:

With La Poste: 48h to 72h

With Mondial relay: 4 to 6 working days

These delivery times are indicated by the La Poste and Mondial relay sites (except in cases of force majeure such as COVID-19). We are not responsible for longer delivery times. You will need to contact the relevant department of these professionals directly.

My tracking number does not work / is incorrect, what should I do?

Just wait. It often happens that delivery companies encounter computer bugs and this affects their proper functioning. But rest assured, it doesn't last more than 72 hours.

If my items do not suit me, will you issue a refund?

One of my items arrived broken, what should I do?

You will need to contact us by email within 24 hours maximum after receipt of the package, at the following address: contact@happymuzdeco.com. In your claim, you will need to attach photos of the broken item. Once validated by our teams, we will reimburse you within 14 days.
